Accordion

The Accordion block is great for FAQs or other expandable sections. Here's what you'll see when editing this block in Breedpost:

  • Background – Choose a background style: default, primary, secondary, or muted.
  • Accordions – Click Create New to add entries with a title and content. You can also Add Existing or reorder/remove entries.
  • Position – Choose how the block is laid out:
    • Left – Accordions on the right; headline, content, and CTA on the left.
    • Right – Headline, content, and CTA on the right; accordions on the left.
    • Centered – All content and accordions appear in a centered container.
  • Headline – Add an optional heading.
  • Content – Add a paragraph to introduce the section.
  • Call to Action – Choose a CTA type (Page, Individual, Article, or Breeding) and select the item to link.

You can use the Accordion block to:
  • Answer common questions on your homepage
  • Explain steps on breeding or litter pages
  • Add tips or notes on your adoption application form
  • Create a dedicated FAQs page

Full Block Editor

Adding an Accordion Item

Click Create New to add each accordion. You’ll be able to enter a Title and Content, and reorder or remove items as needed.


Position Settings

Here’s what the Left and Centered layout options look like. These determine how the accordions and surrounding content are arranged on the page.

Call to Action Options

You can choose which type of link your CTA button will use. Select from Page, Individual, Article, or Breeding, and then choose the corresponding item.
