What if I need help updating my site?
We’re always here to help. You can email us any time if you need updates made or have questions about your site.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Annual subscriptions run until the end of the billing period and can be changed at renewal.
Is my domain name included?
No. You’ll need to register your domain separately, but we’ll connect it for you during setup.
Do you offer refunds?
- Setup fee: The one-time $120 setup fee is non-refundable, so please contact us before getting started if you have any questions about whether Breedpost is the right fit.
- Subscriptions: Annual and monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, as hosting, software, and support are provisioned immediately.
Refunds outside of these cases aren’t available, but you’re welcome to explore our demo sites and docs before committing.
