Do I need to pay a setup fee?
Yes. There’s a one-time setup fee of $120 to get your site professionally built and connected. This is separate from your subscription.
What if I need help updating my site?
We’re always here to help. You can email us any time if you need updates made or have questions about your site.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. If you're on a monthly plan, you can cancel any time. Annual plans are prepaid but can be downgraded or paused at renewal.
Is my domain name included?
No. You’ll need to register your domain separately, but we’ll connect it for you during setup.
Do you offer refunds?
- Setup fee: The one-time $120 setup fee is refundable only if work on your site has not yet started. Once setup has begun, this fee is non-refundable.
- Subscriptions: Annual and monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, as hosting, software, and support are provisioned immediately.
Refunds outside of these cases aren’t available, but you’re welcome to explore our demo sites and docs before committing.
